Cette note constitue une étape dans un processus de recherche amorcé en juin 2010. Plusieurs chercheurs en France et au Canada travaillent sur les politiques et interventions de coopération dans différents secteurs (agriculture, mines, urbain). Ce domaine de la coopération internationale se transforme rapidement à la fois sous l’impulsion des logiques supranationales (internationalisation, construction de régimes de gouvernance, etc.) mais aussi du fait de la transformation de nos sociétés et des processus politiques en leur sein. \n \nUn programme de recherche sur le thème « Logiques de recherche scientifique et logiques de coopération pour le développement » a été formulé et a été soutenu par l’Université Paris VIII dans le cadre du Programme PARI 2010-2012, mis en œuvre par le GIS-GEMDEV. \n \nCette note est le résultat de la réflexion en cours ; elle propose un cadre d’analyse, encore provisoire, en vue d’une première confrontation de résultats partiels de recherche dans ce domaine qui doit avoir lieu en mai 2012 à Montréal.
