Abstract
Hors du monde des affaires et de l’économie, de nombreux spécialistes des sciences sociales ont pris le « virage de la culture ». Ce vent de changement a toutefois à peine effleuré la sociologie économique. Les spécialistes du domaine admettent généralement l’existence de la culture, sans pour autant l’intégrer utilement à leur travail d’analyse. Comme le note Richard Swedberg dans son étude très respectée sur la « nouvelle sociologie économique », l’approche culturelle demeure « un point de vue minoritaire ». Nous entendons examiner ici les causes et les conséquences de ce manque d’intérêts.
