Abstract
O presente trabalho visa fazer um estudo sobre o projeto de gestao dos objetos que formam a exposicao “A Sala Islâmica” , que se encontra exposta no Museu Municipal de Faro, na cidade de Faro, em Portugal. Para tanto, foi feita a analise do espolio existente no complexo expositivo, dividindo-o em tipologias de acordo com a funcionalidade e organizando-o na forma de um catalogo que tem por objetivo facilitar a analise das pecas. Nessa analise, a preocupacao foi a de perceber quais foram as intervencoes feitas no acervo, alem dos estudos ja realizados, bem como formas de divulgacao do mesmo. Foi feito um rapido estudo sobre a historia da presenca islâmica na regiao, para que pudesse ser compreendido o motivo da existencia de uma sala islâmica no Museu. Abstract This text presents a study on the project management of the objects that form the exhibition The Islamic Room , which is exposed in the Municipal Museum of Faro in Faro, Portugal. For this analysis, was made of the existing works in the exhibition complex, dividing it into types according to functionality, and also organized a sort of book that aims to facilitate the analysis of the parts. This analysis was concerned to understand what were the speeches made in the collection, in addition to previous studies, as well as forms of disclosure. As a supplement, it made a quick study on the history of the Islamic presence in the region, so it could be better understood the reason for the existence of a room in the Islamic Museum.
