Abstract
Abstract This report is based on a series of regional meetings and a seminar held during the 9th Annual Meeting of the British Uro‐oncology Group. The meetings reviewed optimal management of patients with advanced prostate cancer in the context of full multidisciplinary team involvement. Developments in drugs for advanced disease were covered, following which presentations and case discussions were used to look at the future of surgery and palliative care options for this patient population.
