Abstract
Les principales analyses proposant une compréhension politique de l'épidémie du sida soutiennent que le mode de gestion de la maladie aurait été largement déterminé par des structures de domination cherchant à exercer un contrôle répressif de la sexualité, prise comme point de rencontre des pratiques du corps et de la subjectivité. Ces analyses découlent d'une conception négative du pouvoir sérieusement remise en question dans l'œuvre de Michel Foucault. En reprenant les hypothèses foucauldiennes concernant le bio-pouvoir moderne, nous privilégions " une problématique du sida " qui décrit la gestion de l'épidémie comme un dispositif de normalisation de la sexualité, laissant apparaître la positivité des rapports entre le pouvoir, le corps et les modes de subjectivation.
