Abstract
En este trabajo se estudiaron experimentalmente las reglas propuestas para la jerarquia acentual: el esquema paroxitono trisilabo (2 + 1 + 3), el esquema paroxitono tetrasilabo (2 + 3 + 1 + 3), el esquema oxitono (2 + 3 + 1) y el esquema proparoxitono (1 + 3 + 2). Se analizo la produccion de un hablante dentro de una conversacion de tres integrantes, el dialecto fue el espanol de Buenos Aires. Se calcularon los datos temporales y los datos tonales de las silabas contiguas. Los resultados solo mostraron la jerarquia acentual del acento primario, fenomenos de isosilabismo en los acentos no primarios, alargamientos en finales de palabra y desarrollos tonales azarosos en esa posicion final. Un hallazgo contrario a la alternancia prosodica en esta lengua.
