Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In a data sample of approximately $1.3\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{fb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ collected with the D0 detector between 2002 and 2006, the orbitally excited charm state ${D}_{s1}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}(2536)$ has been observed with a measured mass of $2535.7\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.6(\mathrm{stat})\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.5(\mathrm{syst})\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{MeV}/{c}^{2}$ via the decay mode ${B}_{s}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}_{s1}^{\ensuremath{-}}(2536){\ensuremath{\mu}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}X$. A first measurement is made of the branching ratio product $\mathrm{Br}\mathbf{(}\overline{b}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}_{s1}^{\ensuremath{-}}(2536){\ensuremath{\mu}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}X\mathbf{)}\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}\mathrm{Br}({D}_{s1}^{\ensuremath{-}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}^{*\ensuremath{-}}{K}_{S}^{0})$. Assuming that ${D}_{s1}^{\ensuremath{-}}(2536)$ production in semileptonic decay is entirely from ${B}_{s}^{0}$, an extraction of the semileptonic branching ratio $\mathrm{Br}\mathbf{(}{B}_{s}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}_{s1}^{\ensuremath{-}}(2536){\ensuremath{\mu}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}X\mathbf{)}$ is made.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
