Abstract
Ce texte présente les résultats d’une recherche qualitative sur les points de vue de quatre professeurs superviseurs de stage qui ont témoigné, au cours d’entrevues semi-dirigées, de leur expérience d’accompagnement d’étudiants immigrants stagiaires. Le rôle du professeur superviseur de stage, le cheminement vécu par les étudiants immigrants stagiaires, les défis rencontrés, les besoins spécifiques de ces derniers et le soutien qui leur est apporté seront examinés dans cet article. Par ailleurs, des pistes de réflexion et d’action visant à favoriser la réussite des stages et les possibilités d’insertion professionnelle de ces étudiants seront également discutées.
