Abstract
"Para la realización de éste trabajo fueron seleccionadas cinco instalaciones típicas bovinas dotadas con ordeño mecanizado Alfa Laval, en las cuales se acopiaron un total de 480 muestras de leche de cuartos individuales de vacas presuntamente no afectadas con mastitis clínica después de lavada la ubre y realizado el despunte. A todas lasmuestras se les determinaron los valores de Conductividad Eléctrica y se les realizó la prueba de California Mastitis Test. Los resultados obtenidos fueron procesados con el empleo del paquete estadístico STATGRAPHICS ver. 4.1, donde se realizaron análisis de regresión y gráfico."
