Abstract
Avec l’avènement des nouvelles technologies de l’information et des communications au cours des dernières décennies, le rôle des bibliothèques s’est profondément transformé et les pratiques, tant chez les usagers que chez les bibliothécaires, ont été radicalement modifiées. Cet article dresse un bilan des principales activités de réflexion et de recherche du Groupe formation des utilisateurs de l’Association belge de documentation. Plusieurs moyens sont examinés pour mieux préparer les bibliothécaires et les utilisateurs à relever les nouveaux défis de la société de l’information.
