Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The relationship between justice and freedom has remained inadequately explored in the literature on Durkheim. The existing literature has either discussed Durkheim's concept of justice in the narrow contexts of the division of labor, relation to human talents, and relation to Durkheim's Jewish background. In this paper, Durkheim's concept of justice is reexamined in terms of its relation to his concepts of freedom. It is argued that for Durkheim justice is the condition of possibility of freedom under advanced division of labor. The state plays an instrumental role in this relationship by allocating rights and powers to individuals and by protecting equitable social relations through regulation Language: en

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
