Abstract
Le present document vise a determiner si les entreprises canadiennes de differentes tailles (exprimees par l'emploi) affichent des taux de croissance differents d'annee en annee. Les donnees sont tirees du Programme d'analyse longitudinale de l'emploi de Statistique Canada et couvrent la periode de 1999 a 2008. La methodologie est comparable a celle utilisee par Haltiwanger, Jarmin et Miranda (2010) pour les Etats-Unis : des variables de controle sont utilisees au titre de l'age de l'entreprise et le possible biais resultant du phenomene de regression vers la moyenne a court terme est elimine en evaluant la taille des entreprises selon leur nombre moyen d'employes durant l'annee precedente et l'annee en cours.
