Abstract
Cet article examine la transformation des relations de propriété dans un village roumain pendant 20 ans de transition post-communiste. Il montre le rôle joué par les pratiques sociales dans la recomposition des rapports de propriété. L’article avance que la résurgence des pratiques coutumières de transmission patrimoniale et le retour aux anciennes traditions d’exploitation agricole ont directement influencé le processus de décollectivisation en Roumanie.
