Abstract
Cet article analyse, à l’aide de données longitudinales, les interactions entre activité professionnelle et fécondité des femmes françaises nées entre 1911 et 1935. Après avoir identifié des séquences-types où s’intercalent les événements du cycle de vie familiale et professionnelle, on présente une modélisation non-paramétrique des interactions entre ces événements. Ces générations qui commencent à participer fortement au marché du travail n’ont pas encore réduit leur fécondité et on distingue ici la façon dont elles ont aménagé vie professionnelle et familiale.
