Abstract
Résumé Cet article s’intéresse aux interactions entre les populations et leur diaspora, en tant que sources et amplificateurs de problèmes et de conflits. Que ce soit sur le plan de leurs biens matériels ou immatériels, les populations et leur diaspora se constituent l’une l’autre, les diasporas apportant souvent une contribution plus importante au poids sémantique du patrimoine, et à des axes de conflit que l’on peut aisément tracer, que les populations dont elles sont issues à l’origine.
