espanolPartiendo de la consideracion de que es el jurista europeo, el autor cuestiona la formacion que este debe recibir en el nuevo contexto de la Europa unida y cual es el significado que el derecho romano (?que derecho romano?) puede anadir en esta nueva fase, dentro de las facultades de derecho y en sus distintos momentos formativos. EnglishBased on the concept of what an European jurist is, the author debates on the training that that jurist should receive in the context of a united Europe, and what is the meaning that the Roman law (which Roman law?) may add to this phase within the law schools and in their different educational phases.
