En Namibie, à la veille de l’indépendance, la famille du martyr Kaxumba était très contente et, au moment où l’indépendance fut enfin proclamée, le 21 mars 1990, tout le monde jubilait. Pour tous comme pour la veuve du martyr Kaxumba, l’indépendance ne leur a pas uniquement rendu le pays, mais aussi leur famille, leur liberté et leur dignité. Un rêve s’est réalisé. Cinquante ans après, il y a apparemment des gens qui croient toujours que Kaxumba les aidera à résoudre leurs problèmes, et c’est pourquoi ils viennent dans sa maison chercher Kaxumba qui n’est plus en vie. C’est l’héritage que le mari a laissé à la veuve.
