Cet article porte sur la situation des jeunes de la rue a Montreal, sur les services qu'offre le CSSS Jeanne-Mance/CLSC des Faubourgs a ces jeunes et sur le mode d'intervention psychologique adopte par le psychologue travaillant au sein de cette clinique. La pratique decrite fait voir l'importance pour le psychologue d'intervenir dans la rue, dans les organismes s'adressant a cette clientele et a la clinique du CSSS Jeanne-Mance/CLSC des Faubourgs. L'amorce du travail psychologique aupres des jeunes de la rue passe d'abord par un travail d'accordage entre le psychologue et le jeune. Une vignette clinique illustre le travail du clinicien aupres des jeunes de la rue. Il s'agit, en somme, d'une reflexion sur le cadre therapeutique, sur l'entree en relation ainsi que sur les particularites du travail psychotherapeutique aupres des jeunes marginaux.
