Abstract
Il existe en France un bon nombre de traités de sociologie du travail.Celui-ci s'en distingue en commençant par une première partie qui interroge diverses disciplines sur leur vision du travail.Sont ainsi sollicitées les sciences de la nature, l'économie politique et les sciences humaines plus généralement.L'ouvrage permet une relecture de travaux de nombreux auteurs dans ces divers champs (Marx, Keynes, etc.) et nous incite à nous interroger sur le sens du travail et sur ce que la sociologie peut dire, aujourd'hui, au sujet du travail, en considérant ce que la sociologie et d'autres disciplines en ont dit par le passé.
