Abstract
The integrative service of borrowing, reading and reference in university libraries is convenient for teachers and students, because it facilitates their accessing to information resources and improves the information resource utilization. However, it has a number of disadvantages. In order to better implement the integrative service of borrowing, reading and reference, it is necessary to take some measures to correct the deficiencies to conform to the requirements of the development of the times.
