Abstract
Le regime national-socialiste fut a l’origine d’une vague de migration de personnes fuyant l’Allemagne et les regions annexees par elle. Pour beaucoup, l’« exil » n’est pas reste un etat provisoire mais s’est transforme en emigration durable. Si les Etats-Unis ont fait l’objet de nombreuses etudes sur l’acculturation des exiles, le Canada etait en revanche encore largement ignore, notamment parce qu’il n’a pas accueilli de personnalites emblematiques, mais plutot des personnes « ordinaires »....
