Hugh Grant is Professor of Economics at the University of Winnipeg and a Research Associate with the Prairie Research Centre of Excellence on Immigration and Integration (Edmonton). Gretta Wong Grant is a retired lawyer. She was called to the bar in 1946 and served as a Regional Director of the Ontario Legal Aid Plan for over 20 years. Since her retirement she has chaired the City of London’s Race Relations Committee, was President of the London chapter of the Chinese-Canadian National Council and has been an active member of the Council of London Seniors. In 2000, she was awarded the Medal of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
