Abstract
Capita spesso che, durante il rilievo di un’infrastruttura, la sfida principale sia in realtà quella di riuscire ad operare in condizioni atmosferiche difficili e su terreni impervi. Nel caso della British Columbia, in Canada, la regione ospita degli scenari straordinari ma, al tempo stesso, un terreno sul quale è difficilissimo costruire; per questo, le infrastrutture che vi sorgono sono spesso molto complesse – fattore che non fa altro che complicare le operazioni di rilievo. In questo articolo scopriremo come il British Columbia Ministry of Transportation ha portato a termine il rilievo dell’Elko Tunnel e del Wycliffe Bridge.
