Abstract
Résumé Les systèmes de gestion intégrés transforment profondément la manière de concevoir, de déployer et de faire fonctionner une organisation. Il faut nécessairement repenser les façons de faire, revoir l’organisation du travail et le partage des rôles et des responsabilités des acteurs touchés par la transformation. Mais comment l’organisation et ses membres parviennent-ils à absorber un tel changement et ainsi installer les façons de faire en liaison avec la solution technologique? Plusieurs chercheurs intéressés au processus de transformation organisationnelle ont proposé des modèles mettant en avant l’hypothèse selon laquelle le changement organisationnel progresse suivant diverses phases lors desquelles l’organisation accomplit des gestes importants menant à l’application du changement. Par le biais d’un cas réel de mise en place d’une solution ERP au sein de la direction des finances des centres hospitaliers de LaSalle et de Verdun et en adoptant une perspective d’acteurs, cet article tente d’illustrer les activités au travers desquelles s’installent les nouvelles façons de faire imposées par la solution ERP.
