O planejamento para o uso da água subterrânea nem sempre é incluído nos planos de gerenciamento hídrico, seja por falta de estudos em relação à dinâmica do sistema aquífero ou estratégias eficazes de monitoramento das reservas. Entretanto, somente o monitoramento das reservas de água subterrânea não é suficiente para subsidiar uma gestão eficaz. Métodos apropriados devem ser aplicados a esses dados, justamente buscando inferir sobre a dinâmica do sistema aquífero e as variações sazonais. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo aplicação de modelos baseados em séries temporais para compreensão da dinâmica do Sistema Aquífero Bauru (SAB) na sua ocorrência sobre a formação Adamantina, no município de Assis/SP. Através do modelo PIRFICT são comparados de dois poços de monitoramento na mesma área, mas com características distintas quanto à oscilação dos níveis. Através dos resultados, pode-se caracterizar os recursos hídricos disponíveis considerando as variações sazonais da do clima e inferir sobre a dinâmica dos níveis freáticos do SAB na região.
