Abstract
Pacific Rubiales, a Canadian company operating and production of oil and gas operations in Colombia and Peru, needed to implement pump units for water injection in the Rubiales Field PAD 6 Meta. As part of this expansion project, in 2011, the project was implemented Supply and construction of 4 drives Machine Robicon of 1500HP in shelter, pump units for water injection in the PAD 6 in Campo Rubiales, in which he participated and studied the information available, which showed that provided a typical case of environment and therefore could be studied and used in the research. A decision is made to perform an analysis of the case with the application of known techniques and tools for the learning process of project management expertise in order to obtain an ex-post that would get contributions and conclusions.
