Abstract
Cet article propose une analyse sociologique d’ Indiana de George Sand inspirée de la méthode développée par Bourdieu dans Les règles de l’art . Il s’appuie sur une approche qui vise à mettre en évidence la position qu’invente Sand à l’aube de l’autonomisation du champ littéraire et l’importance de l’auteure dans l’histoire littéraire du xix e siècle.
