Abstract
Le but du présent exposé est de penser le rapport entre la notion de temporalité et celle de la vitalité, en se basant sur l’interprétation chromatique. En effet, la couleur jaune semble constituer un code univoque auquel les concepts du temps et de la vie s’avèrent inhérent. Dans l’histoire littéraire, le jaune traduit la notion du temps restreint, induit le concept de la temporalité délimitée et conduit à l’idée de vitalité démarquée. Si cette couleur persiste dans le temps, elle peut en fin de compte amener la cessation de la vie – autrement dit, conduire à la mort. Cette corrélation binaire entre le temps et la vie se poursuit à travers les siècles.
