Abstract
Masculinité et guerre ont toujours été liés, et nous allons relever dans les textes d'Apollinaire les signes de l'émergence de cette "masculinité nouvelle", c'est-à-dire l'apparition de valeurs masculines teintées par l'esprit nouveau. Parmi les phénomènes de l'écriture qui laissent transparaître cette masculinité nouvelle, mentionnons les rôles attribués aux sexes, le rite de passage, l'amitié virile et, enfin, l'appropriation des symboles masculins. La lecture que nous proposerons porte essentiellement sur un corpus formé par les poèmes de guerre qu'on trouve presque en totalité dans les recueils Calligrammes et Poèmes à Lou.
