Abstract
Cette article analyse les relations entre le champ scientifique et le mouvement homosexuel au temps du sida. Il montre dans un premier temps comment ces rapports sont le fruit d'une histoire qui a amené le mouvement, depuis sa naissance, à tenter de qualifier ou disqualifier différentes théories et différents chercheurs. Ensuite, il analyse les enjeux relatifs à ces relations, en France, au temps du sida. Deux enjeux apparaissent comme majeurs : la construction d'une double légitimité des chercheurs et la représentativité du mouvement.
