Abstract
El estudio realizado se basa en los Protocolos Notariales de la Murcia del primer cuarto del siglo XVIII, especificamente en los inventarios de bienes confeccionados con motivo de los desposorios o defunciones. Partiendo de los datos arrojados por estos documentos se da una visión del mobiliario que engalanaba los hogares murcianos dieciochescos. Así, se trata la tipologia de los mismos y su disposición en los distintos espacios de la casa, que materiales son los más apreciados o que valor alcanzaban estas obras decorativas. En resumen se pretende dar una visión de la importancia del mueble como una obra de arte más a la hora de omar los ambientes domésticos.
