Abstract
A partir de la fin du xiie siècle, le roman arthurien en vers est traversé par un courant parodique, centré principalement autour du personnage de Gauvain. En dérogeant aux conventions romanesques qui, comme l’art du portrait, régissaient jusque-là la production en vers, les auteurs de ces récits parodiques ont fait une entorse au genre établi.
