The 28th Annual Australasian Experimental Psychology Conference was hosted by La Trobe University at the La Trobe city campus in Melbourne. There were 121 oral presentations and 8 poster presentations. The conference was attended by 145 registered delegates, including 65 honours and postgraduate students, and 80 academics. Papers were presented by delegates resident in Australia, New Zealand, the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Spain.
