Abstract

In this paper we talk about an effort to create a context aware environment for an ad-hoc users/services collaboration system. We show how to gather and manage context and preferences of mobile users and services and organize them. This paper describes acquiring, and managing context data and generating context-triggered actions through software agents. This paper is not intended to explain the concept of agents and the mechanics of creating and deploying them, but how we use agents to achieve context management.
