Malgre ses 150 millions d'euros (en hausse de 16,4%) de benefice le premier groupe mondial des centres d'appels ne resiste pas a recuperer la moindre aide de la part d'une collectivite territoriale contre la promesse de creation d'emploi. L'agglomeration de Laval a ainsi valide le principe d'une aide de 95 000 euros au groupe Teleperformance le tout, conditionne a la creation de 33emplois.
