Abstract

Within the framework of the implementation of the cortical visual implant by the PolySTIM team, we have set up a model for the simulation of a large neural net stimulated by a matrix of electrodes. After developing a method of auto-organisation and interpretation and analysis tools, we validated our models thanks to experiments in the animal. The model shows a good consistency visa-vis the first tests, and of the forms of space and temporal extension according to the parameters about to be adapted.
