Abstract
Résumé Une longue histoire relie le développement des technologies médiatiques aux ruminations sur les spectres et les fantômes. Les manifestations de rue du « printemps érable » à Montréal ont permis de revivre cette histoire en condensé : les spectres y sont apparus, dans l’ombre du simulacre de gouvernement avec son attirail de loi spéciale, de propagande mass-médiatique et de répression, dans une expérience glorieuse du temps réel. Cette expérience a surtout permis de faire apparaître d’autres spectres, prismatiques, rigolards et libérateurs, à mi-chemin entre les potentiels inédits des nouveaux médias et la vieille pratique de marcher dans une rue ensemble.
