Abstract
In the knowledge innovation for social science, Internet information has become an important information resource than paper resources. In the social scientific research, leaving the Internet resources only on paper resources, the quality and level of research will be greatly affected. Therefore, the information Internet will become an important research resource. In this paper, analyze Internet information characteristics and the role of knowledge in the social scientific knowledge innovation. This will enable researchers to more fully understand the Internet resources for the production of knowledge, and make full use of their predecessors, research results and experience to achieve the purpose of social science research innovation.
