Résumé Le Web offre aux entreprises une occasion de se démarquer des concurrents. Vu son contenu informationnel, le site Web d’une organisation peut inciter les investisseurs, les clients, les employés, les fournisseurs, les groupes politiques et la communauté en général à devenir ou à demeurer ses partenaires d’affaires. Les résultats d’une étude menée auprès d’organisations canadiennes permettent de dégager quatre profils de gestion du contenu informationnel d’un site Web : les finances (actionnaires, investisseurs), le marketing (consommateurs, clients), le capital humain (employeur de choix, responsabilité sociale) et le tableau de bord (capital humain, marketing, finances). Finalement, l’article traite des implications de cette typologie de sites Web pour les gestionnaires et les dirigeants des organisations.
