Depuis une dizaine d’années au Québec, le nombre des productions localisées est en constante augmentation, pour autant celles-ci font preuve de liens au lieu très hétérogènes. L’objet de cet article est d’interroger la construction et la revendication de ces liens au lieu, d’une part dans les sphères productives et d’autre part dans les sphères marchandes. Il s’agit ici d’identifier les formes de médiation entre ces deux sphères et la communication faite au consommateur autour de l’ancrage de ces produits.
