Abstract
Bien que toute conclusion hâtive fondée strictement sur des explications biologiques doive être évitée, il convient de se poser la question de la nature des mesures pénales les plus adaptées pour sanctionner les crimes pédophiles, si l’origine de ces derniers est le résultat de propensions biologiques. En vue de protéger la société à long terme, l’objectif de cet article est d’examiner si l’application d’une justice exclusivement rétributive est appropriée à une lutte efficace contre le crime pédophile.
