Abstract
Cet article traite du concept de citoyenneté de l’Union européenne et a pour objectif de montrer, dans un premier temps, la signification des droits individuels qui découlent de cet instrument juridique stipulé en conformité avec la loi européenne. Il montre ensuite de quelle manière la population des États membres perçoit et jouit de ces privilèges. Il essaie enfin d’analyser pourquoi et comment impliquer plus largement les enseignants dans la promotion des affaires européennes.
