Abstract
Dans le nouveau contexte issu de la remise en question du modèle scientifique dominant et de la contestation croissante au sein des sociétés industrielles, capitalistes ou socialistes, Cornélius Castoriadis nous propose un projet social et intellectuel où le désir de transformation du monde s'étaye sur une critique fondamentale des institutions bureaucratiques et de la pensée héritée qui les inspire. Il s'agit ici d'essayer d'esquisser, du côté de l'imaginaire social, du LEGEIN, du TEUKHEIN et de la logique des MAGMAS, les bases épistémologiques essentielles de ce projet, pour mieux montrer comment une sociologie de l'autogestion, de l'autonomie et de la liberté pourrait y trouver les sources d'un nouveau paradigme où imaginaire et production de la société déplaceraient rationnel et reproduction.
