De plus en plus d’adolescents ou preadolescents consultent en pedopsychiatrie pour un refus scolaire anxieux. Ce trouble represente une constellation psychopathologique toujours complexe tant sur le plan individuel que familial. Les objectifs des prises en charge therapeutiques sont triples : aider au retour a l’ecole, reduire le handicap, prevenir les complications. Le programme therapeutique implique une approche multidimensionnelle et une collaboration avec la famille et les enseignants associant une hospitalisation a domicile (had).
