Débutée en 2009, la réédition de ce monument en 196 chapitres qu’est l’Essai sur les mœurs et l’esprit des nations (1756) de Voltaire se poursuit à un rythme soutenu à la Voltaire Foundation d’Oxford. Cette vaste et ambitieuse entreprise éditoriale en neuf volumes s’intègre à la publication des Œuvres complètes de Voltaire et devrait s’achever en 2016.
