Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

A series of sulfonamide group containing compounds were synthesized by the reaction of 2‐dimethylaminomethyl‐1,3‐dioxolane, I and 7‐hydroxy‐3,4‐dihydroquinolin‐2(1H)‐one, II with appropriate substituted sulfonyl chlorides, IIIae . The structural elucidation of these compounds is based on IR, 1H‐NMR, mass spectral data and elemental analysis. The synthesized compounds were tested for antimicrobial activity by disc diffusion method. Anthelmintic activity of the compounds has been tested on earth worms and few of the compounds show moderate activity. The DNA binding of the compounds IVa and Va with CT‐DNA has been performed with absorption spectroscopy, which reveals that both the compounds show less binding propensity towards CT‐DNA. Also the nuclease activity of complexes IVa and Va with plasmid DNA (PUC 19) was studied using agarose gel electrophoresis. The compound Va can act as effective DNA cleaving agent when compared to compound IVa resulting in the nicked form of DNA absence and presence of the oxidizing agent.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
