Abstract
Cet article présente la version canadienne-française de l’Adult Career Concerns Inventory (Super, Thompson & Lindeman, 1988), soit l’Inventaire des préoccupations de carrière (IPC ; Dupont, Gingras & Tétreau, 1993), un instrument psychométrique qui mesure le degré de préoccupation relatif à chacun des stades et tâches du développement de carrière proposés dans la théorie de Super (1980, 1990). Après une brève présentation des fondements de l’IPC, ses caractéristiques et ses propriétés psychométriques sont présentées en détail, pour enfin discuter de ses diverses applications possibles en orientation professionnelle.
