Abstract
The generalized material about the history of the political culture of Omsk and Middle Near-Irtysh Region in the first quarter of the XX century – the most dramatic and fateful period in the Russian history – is discussed in this article for the first time. The main events, stages and characteristics of the political culture of Omsk and the adjacent region of this period are represented.
