Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This paper presents the Bibliography of FACTS technology for 2013-2014. This Bibliography includes papers published in the latter part of 2013 which were not available at the time of submission of the previous year's Bibliography paper, and those published until the submission of this Bibliography paper in November 2014. This Bibliography has been prepared by searching through various resources such as IEEE Xplore CIGRE, Engineering Village, Scopus and others. About 60% of papers are obtained from IEEE Xplore and the remaining are from other resources. Due to page limitation, a small selection of journal papers only are included in this Bibliography paper. All the remaining journal papers and conference papers of the comprehensive Bibliography are being made available through the website of the Working Group 15.05.17.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
