Abstract
Le consommateur est-il cet acteur tant attendu, capable d'introduire des considerations ethiques dans un monde domine par la deregulation des marches? Dans les AMAP, les Groupes d'Achats Solidaires, les restaurants associatifs ou des reseaux de simplicite volontaire, des consom'acteurs organisent des circuits de distribution alternatifs, sensibilisent la population aux impacts de l'alimentation et questionnent les valeurs de la societe de consommation. Ce recueil offre un tour d'horizon d'experiences qui y contribuent en France, en Belgique, en Italie, en Angleterre et au Canada. Les auteurs mettent en evidence les innovations mais aussi la continuite historique dans laquelle s'inscrivent ces acteurs. Ils analysent les pratiques, les formes d'engagement et conceptions du changement social des consom'acteurs ainsi que la reformulation de la critique qu'ils incarnent.
